Foster Care Coordinator
MONIQUE FULLEN
Monique Fullen has over 25 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. At Marie's House of Hope, Monique works closely with prospective foster parents and monitors the placement of foster children in home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

CRAIG ANDERSON
Craig Anderson serves as the Director of Operations at Marie's House of Hope, a role he’s held for two years. With more than eight years of management experience, Craig excels in his position and is deeply passionate about his work. He is fully dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of young people, particularly the children under his care as a caregiver. In his free time, Craig likes to travel.

Founder and Executive Director
IRVIN MCDONALD
Born and raised in the Dayton, Ohio area, Irvin is the founder of Marie’s House of Hope, which he established in 2012 to provide group homes and stability for Foster kids. In addition to his professional work, Irvin has been a dedicated foster parent for 22 years. He is a proud father of nine boys and a grandfather to three grandchildren, embodying the values of family and service both at home and in his community.
